• We intentionally and carefully identify what is to be removed, draw straight lines at the appropriate height, and methodically remove the damaged material, carefully cut the corner beads with a hacksaw and prepare the structure for the repair work, in a way that does not inflate the project so as to require additional repair.
• We evaluate the structural engineering of the structure so as to not compromise the restorability and safety of the building.
