Fire Restoration Process and Treatment

The first issue to address in the fire restoration process is removing any excess water left behind from extinguishing the fire. We extract the bulk of the water with wet vacuums, then use dehumidifiers and carpet fans to remove the remaining moisture. It is important to start this process between 24-48 hours in order to avoid mold growth and additional damage to the area.

After the water is dried completely, our fire restoration professionals begin to inventory the damage to the property. Removing anything that can not be salvaged and applying deodorizers, soot and smoke cleaners to remove any traces of the fire from upholstery, carpets, and electronics.

Reconstruction is the final stage of the process. We will repair any areas damaged by the fire and restore the house into brand new condition using only the highest quality "green" building materials. Reconstruction Services.
